Does my phone support eSIM?

Not every phone can use an eSIM, so check yours before you buy. The help page has more on getting set up.

What happens to my normal number?

It keeps working. The eSIM installs alongside the SIM you already use, so your usual SIM stays in the phone and your own number keeps working. There are no roaming charges on data bought through Xpress-eSIM.

How long is my plan valid for?

It depends on the plan. The terms for each plan, including how long it lasts, are on the plan page, so you can read them before you pay.

What if I run out of data?

Each eSIM in your dashboard shows its Remaining Data, and its Remaining Minutes and Remaining SMS where the plan includes them, so you can see when you are running low. When you need more, buy another plan from the destinations page and install it the same way.
