1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Xpress eSIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. About Xpress eSIM
Xpress eSIM provides digital eSIM activation, mobile data plans, and connectivity services through licensed global telecom partners.
We do not manufacture SIM hardware or operate as a mobile network operator; instead, we serve as a digital platform enabling the purchase, activation, and management of eSIM-compatible data plans.
3. Eligibility
To use Xpress eSIM:
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
• Your device must support eSIM functionality.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or managing your account.
4. User Account
You may be required to create an account to:
• Purchase eSIM data plans
• View your usage, history, or profile

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

6. eSIM Compatibility
Before purchasing any plan, it is your responsibility to:

7. Payments & Billing
All payments made inside the Xpress eSIM app are processed securely via:
• Flutterwave
• Nowpayments
We do not store your card details.
You agree that:
• Payments are final except where required by law or our Refund Policy.
• Prices may vary by region, currency, or taxes.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered case-by-case, depending on:
• Invalid or unactivated eSIM profile
• Inability to activate due to technical issues not caused by the user
• Duplicate purchases
• Legally required refunds in your region
We cannot issue refunds for:
• Incompatible devices
• Using the eSIM in unsupported countries
• Poor coverage caused by third-party network providers
• User error during setup

Violation may result in termination of your access.
